  • All-you-can-eat breakfast;
  • 20 monthly meal tickets for lunch and/or dinner, weekdays and/or weekends.

  • Starter with 3 varieties: cold or hot (your choice) or salad bar;
  • Main course: choice of two home-cooked dishes, no frozen foods;

  • Unlimited Internet access (approx. €18 depending on the package chosen).

The advantages of R.U.L.

  • Students are accepted after registering online and sending in their paper application, as indicated in the procedures described below;
  • The duration of the contract is determined by the resident him/herself, and the arrival and departure dates can be revised as required, subject to the terms and conditions and/or penalties (except in cases of force majeure).
  • The security deposit is only €750, whereas in other establishments it is often three (3) months.
    The deposit is returned within 30 days of final departure.
  • The terms and conditions of acceptance of the guarantor do not require the presentation of any file concerning the guarantor’s administrative identity, in addition to the documents already required in the registration procedures.
  • The contract can be terminated within 45 days (and not three months or more, as is often the practice in other establishments).
  • All students, including foreign students, can benefit from the C.A.F. by applying forAide Personnaliséau Logement(APL), which can be as much as €230/month or more.

  • The R.U.L. is aware that freedom implies the ability to measure oneself against a set of rules: the student must therefore read them carefully before signing. That’ s how you make a commitment!
  • Parents are committed to fostering in their sons the ability to learn from themselves, from day-to-day experience, from their own research and reflection, and even from their own mistakes – the attempts that lead nowhere and are revealed by wisdom or social good sense.

  • The presence of a religious community, the Oblates of the Virgin Mary, is a guarantee of the commitment of men dedicated to the promotion of values inscribed in each of us, known as evangelical, always with respect for others and their journey, often in an informal way.
