The Résidence Universitaire Lanteri (R.U.L.) has a number of meeting rooms available for rental for conferences and seminars near Paris.

The lessee must complete the G-2: “Identification & Contract ” sheet provided for the rental and reservation of premises and, if necessary, the R.U.L. will promptly send it to him by fax or post;
Acceptance by the Management is conditional upon receipt of the completed and signed G-2 form, with the required documents attached, depending on whether the group is church, family or other;
The customer-signatory must provide a photocopy of an identity document.
The hirer undertakes to maintain good order throughout the activity, both inside and outside the premises; he/she undertakes to ensure that all speakers and participants comply with any instructions that may be issued by the management of the Résidence Universitaire Lanteri (R.U.L.) when the rental contract is signed.
The tenant is responsible for maintaining order and discipline.
At the beginning and end of the event, the responsible tenant and an R.U.L. agent will carry out a preliminary “site survey” to check the good condition of the premises, electrical installations, equipment, furniture, sanitary and fire safety installations, decorations, various fittings, sound system, etc…
The hirer hereby undertakes to tidy the premises in accordance with the R.U.L. Management’s instructions and to clean the furniture, floors and toilets thoroughly after the activity, failing which the deposit will be forfeited.
He/she undertakes to return the premises at the agreed time in the same condition as he/she found them on arrival.
Chairs and tables must be placed on the appropriate trolleys in the designated area.
The tenant is responsible for the cleanliness and good maintenance of all equipment made available by the R.U.L.
Any additional fittings or decorations to the premises must, in each case, be authorized by the Lessor.
They will be carried out under the Lessor’s supervision, at the Beneficiary’s expense, and must not result in any deterioration of the premises.
They must also comply with current safety regulations, both in terms of their nature and layout.
Music is prohibited during religious services in the chapel (from 5.30pm to 7.30pm), and at other times is only permitted at a low level.
The activity will finish before midnight.
The R.U.L. accepts no responsibility for any goods belonging to the lessee and left on its premises.
Such property remains the responsibility of the lessee.
The R.U.L. is not liable to any third party for any direct or indirect damage of any kind whatsoever.
Any damage noted by the lessor during an event renders the author and the beneficiary jointly and severally liable.
If the perpetrator is not identified, the Beneficiary alone will bear the cost of repairs.
Stickers and graffiti affixed within the premises are considered as damage.
Any damage will result in the loss of the security deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation by the tenant;
A deposit of €150 [séminaire], €100 [syndicat] or €450 [family gathering, etc…] is paid on signing the contract and will only be returned after the event if there has been no material damage, total or partial absence of cleaning or acts of vandalism, noise pollution, etc…
You have 15 days to recover your cheque, otherwise you authorize the Management to destroy it.
However, it can only be recovered from the 3rd day after rental.
